Famous for his lobster cappuccino with foie gras ravioli, Chef Patrick Guillerm, offers inventive and modern French cuisine that is open to the world, with fresh market produce complemented by only the most exceptional ingredients.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a continental buffet or à la carte in the Astrolabe Restaurant, a delightful setting by the swimming pool, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
At your request, breakfast can also be served in your room.

The welcome is perfectly orchestrated by Thomas, who will guide you along with his team and help you to choose from among the refined dishes with their superb combinations of flavours. The desserts are an enchantment of tempting surprises, including the unmissable Millefeuille of fresh raspberries, mascarpone cream and ivory white chocolate.
The Astrolabe offers theme evenings with a musical ambiance twice a week, including the famous lobster Fridays. Reservation strongly recommended.
