Experience the intimate and private ambiance of Orient Bay. Wonderfully located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Saint Martin, the Hotel ESMERALDA RESORT **** is a true haven of peace.
Opened in 1991, the Hotel Esmeralda has, over the years, retained its soul, its authenticity, and its sense of hospitality, so appreciated by its guests, while combining comfort and well-being.

Rooms
The Hotel Esmeralda Resort offers 50 rooms and suites spread across our 14 colourful villas, decorated in tropical shades of turquoise, yellow, pink and lavender.
Each of our villas has 3 or 4 ground floor bedrooms and/or suites and private, shaded terraces surrounded by lush greenery and richly hued blooms, with direct access to the swimming pool.
All our categories of accommodation can be rented individually or are available in several combinations which can be customised as you wish.

Breakfast is served in the Astrolabe Restaurant, an intimate setting by the swimming pool, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

All our rooms and suites are spread across 14 villas, each with a swimming pool that is directly accessible from your terrace.
The Beach
Orient Bay Beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. Its white sand provides a striking contrast with the incomparable turquoise of the sea. A stunning sight.

Perfect stay
It is a great pleasure to stay at the Esmeralda Resort, ideally located in Orient Bay, where everything is within walking distance, starting with Orient Bay beach, local shops, bars, and restaurants.
The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, tastefully decorated in the spirit of Saint Martin, with a large terrace and a shared pool for four rooms, which is a real plus.
Many thanks to all the staff, who are always available and attentive, committed to making your stay perfect.
The gardens are well maintained, and the setting is peaceful and rejuvenating.
We were lucky enough to stay in a splendid room with a view of the sea and Ilet Pinel in the distance.

Excellent Value on Orient Beach
We stayed at the Esmeralda Resort for 11 days in January. We love this resort and this was our 10th time staying at the resort. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are super friendly and always making sure we are satisfied with the service. The resort is on Orient Beach, one of the best beaches in St Martin. Considering the proximity to the beach, the rooms are reasonably priced. We enjoy a more quiet resort with close proximity to restaurants, and the Esmeralda offers both. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and many more within a 15 minute drive.

Ideal for staying in St Martin
Ideal resort for a holiday on the island. The staff is very attentive, the accommodation is spacious and clean, the swimming pool almost Private, it's close to the best beach on the island (3 minutes’ walk) and very secure. We recomment it without hesitation.

Welcome to paradise
A magnificent establishment ideally located on Orient Bay beach. The rooms are very comfortable and the villas share a private pool, which is a real plus. The staff are charming and professional. Finally, the Astrolabe restaurant is excellent. I recommend this establishment 100%.

A pleasant stay
An ideal stay during the low season peaceful and right by the sea.
We spent three nights with our dog, and the entire staff was wonderful with him. Thank you for the warm and thoughtful welcome. The room’s comfort was impeccable: bedding, pillows, and amenities. The lively terrace with access to the pool is superb, and we had an excellent time. We will not hesitate to come back.
