In the heart of the Esmeralda Resort is located the restaurant “l’Astrolabe”, a gastronomic discovery, in a very romantic setting !

Well known for its “Creamy crayfish soup with foie gras raviolis”, the chef suggest a very fine French cuisine, inventive, opened to the world, a sort of “new look” cuisine, completely modernize, generous and zestful. His big speciality, the spices and the scent he uses advisedly, the union of flavours that surprises and astonishes. The deserts are a sweetness charm and surprise, going to the “Madagascar Fresh Vanilla Crème Brûlée” to the “Hot Melty Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Custard, Moka Ice-Cream.”

You will have a warm welcome by Thomas, who will guide you thought your choices between a “Deep-Fried Crispy Crayfish Tails with Crushed Roasted Pistachio or a “DUCK LIVER TRILOGY Crayfish” or even more, a “Red Snapper from our Fisherman with Veggies flavored with a Creole Curry Powder, Caribbean Salsa Sauce… A young and smiling service will be present all night through, and not to forget a French and all over the world wine menu selected by the talented Thomas Moreau.
